We want you to fully understand where your money goes and what you can expect from us.
From the moment you book & apply, until the time comes for you to return home - our team is there for you every step of the way! You can rest assured that everything is taken care of and a guaranteed job is waiting for you before you even set foot on the plane!
A 6 month guaranteed placement with a screened host family own private room and all meals included.
Weekly Pocket money of $240-360, a $500 bonus when you complete your placement and 1.5 days off per week (minimum).
A dedicated team to help and support you through your entire application, matching process, visa application flights etc.
An airport meet & greet, transfers, 3 night’s stay in a central Sydney award winning hostel near our office with breakfast included!
A two day orientation! This includes a paediatric first aid course, setting up a sim card, bank account, placement preparation, travel advice plus more!
Onward travel to your host families home. This could be by bus, train, aeroplane or car.
Medical insurance and cancellation insurance worth up to 2500 EUR for the duration of your placement (you can easily extend this with our team) .
A dedicated Community Counsellor plus 24-hour emergency assistance, regular social events and opportunities to meet other au pairs

Safeguarding and child protection - We are the only au pair agency that are accredited by ChildWise in Australia and take this very seriously. We have a number of policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety and wellbeing of au pairs, host families and their children.
It's vital that when you are in the Australia you have medical insurance, as without it you are at risk & could cost you a fortune! Your insurance will cover you for the duration of your placement and you can easily be extending when you’re in Australia.
An experienced team - all of our staff have either been an au pair before or have travelled extensively around Australia. This way, we ensure that we are giving you the best possible customer service and support throughout the entire process.
Cancellation insurance - this will cover you for up to 2500 euro in the unlikely event that you need to cancel your trip.
